Our year!

This is my year. Our year. The year where we get in shape, get out of debt, and become less stressed. The year my baby turns 3 and it's the end of "babies" for me. Starting today, Saturday, January 5th, I am starting my protein diet again. Aiming to work out 4-5 days a week. I tried this 2 weeks ago but then we all came down with the flu and I have barely been able to think, let alone work out. I think we are all on the road to recovery now, so it's time to kick this into gear again. I am going to try to do squats on the days that I don't work out. I am doing the 30 day shred. The kids start school on Monday after being off for 3 weeks, so hoping it will be easier to find the time to get it done. Hoping I can do this....
